J.Berg Contracting Ltd. builds houses from the ground up. All permits and course of construction insurance is obtained by us - the builder. Arxx foundation blocks are used to increase energy efficiency and ensure a stronger product, as well as hardwood and tile for durability and timeless finishes. Our homes include beautifully finished, custom wood cabinetry for durability and timelessness that last the life of the house. Concrete board siding (Hardi-Plank) is also used for its long lasting durabiltiy and ease of colour change in future years (easily primed and repainted). Landscaping can also be included so once you're in your new home... you can enjoy it!
