Company History

Carpentry runs in the family and Jarrett Berg started painting with a partner while still in highshool. In 1999 he ventured more into the renos, finishing work including hardwood, tile, and trim through sub-contracting to area contractors as well as clients.

After completing many renovation projects, he did his first new build - his personal home - in 2003, the first custom build in 2004 and has since built custom and spec homes in the area. Currently under works are 3 spec homes, so stay tuned for photos.
Brandy Berg added a well-rounded touch to the business in 2008 with Ideal Interiors, providing the interior/ exterior planning for all spec homes for J.Berg, and stages new builds that are up for sale. In addition, Ideal Interior services are offered to all clients. Offering a full array of design and decorating services, colour consultations, custom window treatments and is an authorized dealer for Abbey and Graber window coverings.
